Thank you for your purchase of a Shih Tzu from Stevens' Hidden Acres!

Your Shih Tzu is guaranteed against genetic defect for 1 year after the signing of this contract. If, during this time, your Shih Tzu is determined by your vet and verified by my vet, to have a severe genetic defect that would be life threatening, your puppy shall be replaced. I have up to 1 year to replace the same gender puppy. And you must return your Shih Tzu to me.
Please take your new puppy to a vet of your choice within 72 hours of delivery. If, at that time, the vet determines that the puppy is not of sound health, return the puppy to Stevens' Hidden Acres for a full refund of the purchase price. However, at no time will Stevens' Hidden Acres be responsible for vet bills or shipping incurred during the ownership of your Shih Tzu.
In the event that you can no longer keep your Shih Tzu, he/she shall be returned to Stevens' Hidden Acres, no refund of purchase price. As the breeder, I have a life long responsibility to the puppy and will make EVERY effort to find him/her a wonderful home.
As buyer of this Shih Tzu, I hereby agree to the terms of this contract.
